Smoked Turkey Breast (Juicy & Flavorful)
Recipe (Simple & Easy)
Ingredients
1 whole turkey breast
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp chili powder (optional for spice)
1 cup apple juice (for moisture while smoking)
Instructions
- Prepare the Turkey Breast
Pat the turkey breast dry with a tissue.
Rub the turkey breast with olive oil.
Mix paprika, pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, and chili powder.
Coat the turkey breast evenly with this dry rub.
- Preheat the Smoker / Grill
Heat smoker to 225–250°F (110–120°C).
Add wood chips like apple, cherry, or hickory for flavor.
- Smoke the Turkey Breast
Place the turkey breast on the smoker.
Spray or brush apple juice every 45 minutes to keep it juicy.
Smoke for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest & Slice
Let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Slice thinly for juicy texture like in the photo.
Serving Ideas
Great with mashed potatoes, grilled veggies, or sandwiches.
Can be used as a premium BBQ platter item.
