The Horn Market Loyalty Rewards Program is a customer reward system where you earn points for every purchase, referral, review, or special activity. These points can be redeemed for discounts, gifts, or exclusive offers on future orders.


2. How do I join the Loyalty Program?

Joining is simple! Just create an account on Horn Market. Once registered, you are automatically enrolled and can start earning points right away. No extra sign-up required.


3. How do I earn reward points?

You can earn points in several ways:

  • Purchasing products (earn points based on the order amount)

  • Creating an account

  • Referring friends

  • Writing product reviews

  • Special promotions or seasonal bonuses
    Check your account dashboard anytime to see your current point balance.


4. How can I redeem my points?

When placing an order, you will see a “Redeem Points” option on the checkout page. Select the number of points you want to use, and the discount will apply instantly to your total.


5. Do my loyalty points expire?

Yes. Loyalty points expire 12 months from the date they were earned if they are not redeemed. Make sure to use your points regularly to enjoy exciting discounts.


6. How do I check my points balance?

Log in to your Horn Market account and visit the “My Points” or “Rewards” section. You can see your total points, earning history, and available rewards.


7. Can I use points along with discount codes?

8. What happens if I return or cancel an order?

No. Points are earned only on the product value, excluding shipping fees and taxes.


10. Can I transfer my points to someone else?

No. Loyalty points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.
